So we all know life can be a bit of a bitch from time to time, however, I’ve learned two things that makes it a little easier and I thought It would be a good idea for us to try these two things daily.
Wake up and before you even get out of bed… say thanks.
Consider keeping a journal by your bed and before you go to sleep, write down one thing from that day for which you’re grateful for.
It’s a good idea to perform a daily selfless act in the form of a micro action, which is a tiny little action of kindness that could be as simple as a smile to a stranger.
You could say to yourself, I’m going to give daily micro actions and my micro action today is going to be: pay someone a compliment.
